Visual Development

Fall Quarter • Week 4

The Wander crew is wrapping up all visual development on Monday.

Turnaround: A drawing of your character from the front, back, and side views that serves as a reference to keep proportions and visuals consistent as you animate.

LeAnn is finishing up turnarounds for both the normal and horror versions of the Veteran, which will be the last main character for finalized turnarounds. Prop turnarounds start this week with a deadline of week 6. The crew's main focus now is to being rough layouts and to trace the turnarounds to develop consistency when drawing the characters.

Our color script and style guide are also in process. These are tools that provide our team with a clear picture of the visual style and establish how color combinations relate to key emotional points in the story.
